WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
The ReBuilt ON RAMP is our trial program for clients new to CrossFit or our Community at NCF. This allows you the opportunity to spend valuable time with our world class training staff and one of a kind community.
Crossfit is a HIGH intensity fitness program from several sports and types of exercise.
The ON-RAMP classe will not only introduce you to the foundational movements of CrossFit but it will also give you a glimpse of the incredible community aspect here at NCF. Each class is led by two highly trained, certified and experienced coaches who are there to teach, cue, and guide you on your fitness journey.
No experience or minimum fitness level is necessary before starting. All of our workouts and movements can be scaled to meet your fitness level and or needs while supporting your progress!
We recommend bringing a water bottle and arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the first class so you can meet our coaches, ask questions, sign our waiver.
