Welcome to newberg crossfit
The foundation to the ReBuilt On Ramp program is 2 one hour personal training sessions to best help us understand your fitness and health history, movement patterns, goals and more.
The majority of our members participate in our wide array of group fitness classes: CrossFit, Endurance, Gymnastics, Striking, Olympic Lifting and more.
Every athlete is different and a specific training plan allows you to reach your goals quicker. Your assigned coach will work with you to develop your training plan which includes regular progress check ins.
Students benefit from a special rate as well as specialty classes throughout the year for students ages 12-17
We offer a wide variety of personal training depending upon your needs, schedule, goals and interests. Types include self-defense, exercise and weight loss specific, special needs.
Several classes are open to the public each week including Strike-FIT, Strength and Conditioning for Pregnancy, and our FREE Saturday Community class.
